Questions & Answers
Q: The interface keeps forgeting I have any registration set up. Is there any way I can stop this from happening. It gets very annoying to have o re-register, at present three sites, almost every time I want to use it.
A: Form1 Builder MYSQL registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build a registered form. To maintain the registrationd details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared or blocked.

Q: Is there any possible way to reset the preferred URL on Google?
A: I am not an expert on Google WebMaster Tools and as mentioned before there is a good support forum for help. However from your Google webmaster account under Tools you can set your preferred domain.

Q: If it can't be changed. How do I get your product to work with the preferred URL?
A: The SiteMap builder will build using the domain format applied in the start url ie if you set the Start Url as www. then the urls will be www. , if no www. is in the Start Url then the urls will not have http:// www..

Q: I was creating a sitemap.php should I try a sitemap.xml
A: If you are having difficulty you may be best building a static sitemap sitemap.xml as this is constant and simply an xml document (ie not rebuilt) it also allows you to easily see the content. Once you have your account sorted then you can adjust back to a dynamic sitemap (with the same settings you used in the static sitemap). Q: I did read something about a 301 redirect command but no reference on how to do it. A: If you are talking about 301ing the www directory I would personally say no (others may disagree). Just be consistent ie if you are using www. then all your urls should be www. Do not mix the 2 up.

Q: I was able to create and successfully submit a site map using your product twice. Then I made changes to the site and created another site map. Now Google is telling me You have specified ....com as the preferred domain for this site. Apparently it needs to have www. in front for it to work properly. Now I get this message "Sitemap not allowed" and Google isn't seeing my URLs. I have another website. I specified this one using www. and now I can't get Google to recognize this one. It just gives me the message "You have no URLs in your site map." Even thought I looked at the code and the URLs are defiantly there.
A: It sounds like you are having difficulty with your Google Webmaster account settings. The urls in you site map must be the same ie www or no www as stated in your account. If you use www in your sitemap Start Url then it will be applied to all urls in the sitemap. If your site maps are displaying as xml with the correct urls in your browser then the problem is most likely with your google account. If you continue to have difficulty try the very helpful webmaster support forum.
