Questions & Answers
Q: I hate to bother you, but I have tried running sitemapxml.php in IE7, IE8, Firefox 3.03, and Safari, and all return the following message. Browser Error For this software to function correctly your system should include a 5th Generation browser with JavaScript enabled. I have done an extensive Web search for making sure I have the JavaScript turned on and DOM, and everything seems to be in place, with the proper items selected in the browser setups. Can you please provide some assistance? Thank-you for your time.
A: Did you upload the javascript smxpc.js file to the same directory as the sitemapxml.php file on your server? To run the software on your server the software files sitemapxml.php and smxpc.js must both be uploaded to your server. See the Help file Installation section https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/ .

Q: When I import the new budget in IFF format, the chart of accounts now lists many new items as "Bank" type. I'm using Quickbooks 2008 pro and Excel 2007. How do I eliminate these new COA items?
A: The IFF file built by the compiler should only include the data set in the "New Budget". If there are line items in the Compiler that are not valid you may need to adjust your QuickBooks report is structure. See the Format Requirements section of the Help file for details, https://bizpep.com/budgetbusiness.html .

Q: I would like to evalute the trail which is available for 7 days. I have downloaded the file but when I open the file I get an error in compiling. The message is" unable to compile: error in hidden module".I am using excel 2007. I would appreciate if you can suggest me how to tackle the problem or send me the file which I can run and evaluate and see if it is suitable for me.
A: The Production Mix Model uses the Solver Add-in macros included with Microsoft Excel. The operation of the Solver Add-in is different for different Excel versions. In the download package there is a Production Mix Model for Excel 2000 and one for Excel 2002. Use the one that matches your version of Excel. Production Mix Model is not designed to run on Excel 97. Make sure you use the version that matches your Excel. A compilation error message is generated on opening this model if the Solver Add-in cannot be located. This can be due to not using the correct Production Mix Model version or Solver not being installed on your computer. To check Solver from Excel go tools, if Solver is not included in the drop down menu, select Add-ins and check Solver Add-in. Close Excel and then reopen the Production Mix Model. For more detail follow the Excel help instructions to install and load the Solver Add-in.

Q: We are trying to use your script, which we really like, on our existing forms and it isn't working. When you answer the question, it doesn't matter if the answer is in there or not, it submits anyway. Is there a way to fix this problem?
A: The Hii script is designed to run with our form1 processing script. It may run with other php based processing scripts (but maybe not). As we have no control or knowledge of how other processing scripts are running we can not provide any suggestions other than make sure you have added it to the very top of the processing script and in most cases it should run before form processing.
