Q: I am transferring a site from one server to another. I plan on switching the DNS over this weekend. Do I need to re register the domain in order for the form to operate correctly? Or, will everything be up and running smoothly once I transfer the DNS.

A: If you registered the Form1 Builder with the domain it should be fine once the DNS transfer is complete, the domain will still be the same only the host sever changes. If you used the ip address to register then you will need to re register and build a form for that ip.

Q: Can you please tell me the password for the evaluation version?

A: If you are referring to the protection password input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. The software is fully functional and the protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted.

Q: When i put my name email and your code in the software, every time I use it again the number is lost?

A: Registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build a registered site map. To maintain the registration details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared or blocked.
