Q: I down loaded the trial model and it appears the macros are not functioning. Windows Vista OS.
A: Do you have macros enabled? You need to enable Macros. If you are not presented with an option to enable macros you may need to adjust your macro security levels. To adjust macro security levels from Excel go Tools, Macro, Security, Security Level. It is recommended that you select Security Level as Medium. When you open software with macros and Security Level is set as Medium you are presented with a message advising that the software contains macros with a prompt to Disable or Enable Macros. Once you have made your adjustment close Excel and reopen, then when prompted click Enable Macros. Additional detail on macros is available at https://bizpep.com/qac.php?topic=Bizpep%20FAQ&page=3 . Alternatively we have a web based Business Valuation available at https://bizpep.com/AnalysisModules.html

Q: Created a static site map and uploaded to my server. Seems to be fine except the following appears at the top of the site map:"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." Shall I just live with that or does Google require style information associated?
A: This is only a browser message and simply indicates the xml document is displayed without formatting. This is the way it is required for google.

Q: Last week I uploaded Google site maps, but today found errors. I then purchased SiteMap XML Software, but errors are still showing. What do I do now?
A: If the errors you refer to are from google in your Google SiteMap Account then you need to rectify what ever it is they say is the error. If the sitemap you submitted displays correctly n your browser and is in the correct format then it any problems will be with your account set up or your site itself.

Q: Got the software to create the php sitemap but am still unable to publish to xml. Grateful for your guidance, please.
A: Google SiteMap, RSS SiteMap and Sitemaps Protocol all return XML structured sitemaps. You select them by simply clicking the radio button for the desired format on the Input section. If you are having difficulty first run as a static sitemap to verify the site structure is not broken.
