Q: I am part of the booster club at our kid's school. We are trying to find a way to have a sign-up form online. Right now all we have is an excel spreadsheet that we email to people. We would like to post a form that lists all the games and has blanks for people to sign up for each game to work the concession stand. We would like it to be a single form so that when a person goes in to sign-up, they can see the slots that have already been taken by someone else. Is this possible with your service? A: No this is not possible with our form hosting. It may be worth having a look at Google Docs http://docs.google.com/ . With this you can share an online spreadsheet that should do what you want (and it is free).

A: We do not provide encrypted form processing. All form data is delivered by email which is not an encrypted medium.

Q: Why did I have to re-registser my software used several years ago?

A: Registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them. To maintain the registration details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared or blocked.

Q: Why do we get this error "The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevents it from fulfilling the request"?

A: Is most likely due to your server settings, possibly it is blocking posts or php is not configured to handle the mail function.
