Q: When I import the new budget in IFF format, the chart of accounts now lists many new items as "Bank" type. I'm using Quickbooks 2008 pro and Excel 2007. How do I eliminate these new COA items?

A: The IFF file built by the compiler should only include the data set in the "New Budget". If there are line items in the Compiler that are not valid you may need to adjust your QuickBooks report is structure.
