Q: When I am testing the form, I recieve the 2 emails. There seems to be some inconsistencies with the email that imports the info into Goldmine. Sometimes, although the data comes through on the html email (so I know it's being inputted correctly), it does not show up in Goldmine. Any suggestions?
A: Check to make sure the web import email is not being blocked/filtered or it could be an import issue with GoldMine ie settings within GoldMine regarding duplicate records or similar pre import tests.
