Questions & Answers
Q: On my multiform page, if a user needs to go back to a previous page to change something (or fill in a required field he missed), the form maintains the inputted info as long as the back button is being clicked. Then, when the user changes what he needs to and clicks "Next", all the info he already filled in on the following pages is gone. I believe this happens because the "Next" button is a submit button. Is there any remedy for this?
A: The data is only remembered when the form is submitted or the next button is clicked. Simply filling in the fields does not generate a data record so there is no method to remember filled in data that has not been processed. Forms should be designed to minimize users going back and forth between form pages.

Q: I am interested in buying your mailer for bulk emailing ,but i tried to download the trial version to test it's capability in sending mails but it could not download. Pls how could it be possible to download it on my computer. Also can it be effective in my country--United kingdom.
A: MailMailer is not a bulk emailer. It is designed to process mailing lists consisting of hundreds of delivery addresses not thousands. So is probably not what you require. It is not affected by geographic location. You can download from https://bizpep.com/MailMailerDL.php

Q: At the end of our form, before the final submit, we have the html page that shows all the fields and data the user entered. Is there a way to edit that page, or can I design my own page and point to it? Because we have so much information on our form, the user has to do a lot of scrolling to look through their data entry so I'd rather have a page that can show all the info without scrolling.
A: You can adjust the style applied to the page but not the page itself using the CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) File Name setting see the Help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ . If you do not want the data to be displayed you can turn it off using the Display as HTML before Submission setting see https://bizpep.com/form1/

Q: When someone completes the inquiry form on our website, do the results automatically get loaded into GoldMine (the GoldMine database is updated by itself 24hrs/day and there's nothing for us to do) or do we have to manually import the new form submissions as they come in?
A: The data is sent by email. For GoldMine to read the form data email you need to setup the receiving email account in GoldMine. This allows the the webimport form data to be automatically imported into GoldMine when the email is read. See the GoldMine section of the help file for details https://bizpep.com/form1/
