Q: Is there any advantage search engine wise using static or dynamic? I have chosen to use dynamic as (if I am correct) I can make any changes I like to the website and the sitemap will regenerate automatically at the set interval. Less work for me!

A: Yes a dynamic sitemap regenerates each time it is called so it picks up changes (ie added href links) automatically, less work for you. A static sitemap is consistant from the time of generation so it never changes. For a seacrh engine there is no difference except that if you have a very large site (ie 1000's of pages) the dynamic sitmeap generation time may become an issue ie the more pages the longer it takes to generate the site map.

Q: Can I create websites for more than one domain with this software such as I do with Front page or dreamweaver?

A: Yes, a single user can build web sites for as many domains as they want. Site Builder Software is licensed on a user basis not a domain basis.

Q: I love this tool, but cannot use it because I need to be able to see my budget from last year and I need a profit and loss by class in order to budget by department. Do you have anything that would be basically this tool, but would do those two things as well?

A: When you Apply from the New Budget the Last Year Actuals are displayed but not Last Year Budget. We do not have a version with this feature or that combines individual P&Ls, however for each department you could create a separate budget.

Q: I'm not sure if I'm missing something but when I Apply my budget relative percentages the Month Actual Column lose all their formulas so now each cost centre totals no longer calculate.

A: In the New Budget the Month Actuals are the values imported from the PL.csv file, they are historic values and can not be changed (ie the values and the totals are constant). The Month Budget values are based on these and the Relative %. When you Apply "... Budget Values will be set (formula replaced by values), Month Actual values moved to the Last Year Actual and Actual Month values cleared ready to UpdatePL with your new years data....." . Hope that makes sense.

Q: When a user submits the form it goes to a page that shows all the form variables and requires them to submit again, can this be taken out so they just have to submit once. Also, they don't need to see all the hidden variable it will just confuse people.
