Q: Hi there, when I tried to download the trial version, I was told that it was not being downloaded from an authenticated site and that there was potentially harmful macros in the software. Please help as I really would like to see this model and what it does.

A: We are very reputable (see client comments). All software is completely safe and can be downloaded directly from our servers. 100's of copies are downloaded every day. Q: I have 3 websites, only one is changing regularly. How much will it cost to have your sitemap builder for my use on the 3 websites please?

A: SiteMap XML is licensed by user. So one user can run it on as many sites as desired. In your case a single user license is US$19.95 and allows you to use it on all of your sites.

Q: I have been using the spread sheet and its useful to say the least. However, I couldn't help but notice few problems with it. for e.g. if I do change values in the spread sheet and resave it then most likely the numbers in the over all totalling sheets will not change and you will have to delet the sheet then make a new one inorder to have the correct data showing.

A: Values should be changed on the Form sheet only and when you Save Profile the updated values are transferred to the Table sheet and totals updated. The Table sheet does not include all formula only values updated from the Form when you save a profile. As outlined in the Help all value changes should be done on the Form sheet. When the profile is saved the table sheet is then updated.

Q: Is there any advantage search engine wise using static or dynamic? I have chosen to use dynamic as (if I am correct) I can make any changes I like to the website and the sitemap will regenerate automatically at the set interval. Less work for me!

A: Yes a dynamic sitemap regenerates each time it is called so it picks up changes (ie added href links) automatically, less work for you. A static sitemap is consistant from the time of generation so it never changes. For a seacrh engine there is no difference except that if you have a very large site (ie 1000's of pages) the dynamic sitmeap generation time may become an issue ie the more pages the longer it takes to generate the site map.
