Q: When someone completes the inquiry form on our website, do the results automatically get loaded into GoldMine (the GoldMine database is updated by itself 24hrs/day and there's nothing for us to do) or do we have to manually import the new form submissions as they come in?

A: The data is sent by email. For GoldMine to read the form data email you need to setup the receiving email account in GoldMine. This allows the the webimport form data to be automatically imported into GoldMine when the email is read. See the GoldMine section of the help file for details https://bizpep.com/form1/
