Q: Almost one month ago I bought your excel sheets "business valuation model". I would like to unprotect formula but i need the password. Would it be possible to send me the password?

A: Input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page all non-input cells are protected to ensure integrity. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. The software is fully functional and the protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted. We do offer Commercial licenses for the use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting and with a Commercial license provide access to an unprotected software version. In an unprotected Commercial software version calculation sheets are protected without a password and can be unprotected allowing you to view the underlying formula applied to enhance your knowledge of software operation and undertake minor refinements (ie headings etc). An additional calculation sheet named Worksheet is also displayed and includes underlying formula and calculations. All non calculation sheets and the workbook remain password protected. Any changes may impact on the validity of the software. It is recommended that you save a copy of the downloaded software as a master to ensure that you always have a valid software version. Q: We run a ballroom dancing studio. Our accountant has been preparing our BAS for us and it quite costly. We are only a very small business and need a program to prepare our BAS at home. Would we qualify as commercial or non-commercial and would your program be easy for me to use. I have fairly limited computer knowledge. Many thanks

Q: I am testing your software to see if it will send a XML form to my 3rd party CRM company. I have set up a basic form but cant seem to get it to submit the form as a XML format to the provider. Do you have any other information on the process of doing this, or can send me to a area that will explain how to perform this task.
