Q: I am trying to put a customer service computer in our store dedicated to building a customer database. I was wondering if you form software was capable of anything like that.I would like a real simple form Name, Email, Phone# and a submit button. Once submitted it would go back to the blank form for the next customer to use.
A: Yes, you can easily set up this type of form using Form1 software https://bizpep.com/form1/ and set it to return to the form page on submission ready for the next input.

Q: Hi, i purchased this product last financial year for 2011/2012 BAS, and was wondering if i can delete everything i have input and use the same program for this financial year? if not do i have to pay another fee to buy the software again? thanks for your help.
A: You do not need to buy another license. You can either start a new year with a clean package (you can re download if required from https://bizpep.com/basbusinessaccounts.html ) or save your previous year accounts with a new name ie Save As bas2012 and then delete the input values not required . The year is set by inputting the Start Date on the Income sheet, see the help file https://bizpep.com/basbusinessaccounts.html tware-Excel-Help#Start-Date

Q: The income sheet does not calculate the GST, it shows the 10% on the Accounts details/page but does not calculate it in the spreadsheet?
A: Is the account name set in the Income Account column on the accounts sheet with GST in the Tax Item column and 10 in the % column? If so on the Income sheet in the Accounts column you should be able to select in the drop down the account name and input a value in the received column and the GST amount will be calculated in the tax column, If you continue to have difficulty send me a copy of your file as an email attachment and I will have a look for you.
