A: As long as they have a valid account selected (ie one that is set in the Accounts sheet) all values will automatically add.

Q: I have downloaded a new program for this new year (2012/2013) and have set up the Accounts in Income & Expenses but when I push the Tax button no tax items, appear in the box, to be selected. Could you please advise me what I should be doing to get these to appear so I can select one category.

A: If you are referring to the drop down lists make sure you scroll to the top of the list. In some instances the list defaults to display the bottom options which are empty.

Q: I'm interested in using some of this form builder software to create secure download pages. Seems like there should be a way to send automatic password activated by PayPal success page IPN function. Then to expire the pass after say couple of uses.

A: You can build a paypal ipn page to do what you require however it would be best to build specific code instead of trying to adapt Form1 code. We use PayPal IPN to automatically generate and send registration details for our software clients. The expire function could be include with the addition of a time stamp in the code, we use this approach for our discount offers ie they expire after x days.
