Q: I've been using your Wage Calculator Spreadsheet for several years (I own Voucher Cafe in Hervey Bay, Australia), and was wondering if there are any planes to upgrade the functionality to introduce the ability for staff to get their roster via their smartphones? Perhaps turn it into a smartphoen App, or at least add email to SMS capabilility?

A: Not at the moment, however it is something that we will place on the consideration list. One option we have explored is making the functionality web based allowing anywhere access. Thanks for the suggestion.

Q: I was wondering if we are hosting hundreds of domain residing in one server, how many license should we buy

A: If there is only one person making the sitemap code ie using the software then 1 license is sufficient. Licensing is based on the number of software users, 1 user can make sitemaps for an unlimited number of domains with a single user license.

Q: Seems ver 6.7 of goldmine requires a password on the form to importa nd attach tracks automatically - where in your code is the password insertion?

A: Use the Instructions as outlined in GoldMine Automated Processes info at https://bizpep.com/form1/ . For GoldMine versions from 6.7 the required WebImport password must be set in your GoldMine WebImport Profile and in the WebImport Form by including an instruction field: <input type="hidden" name="Password" value="mypassword">*.*

Q: Are you aware of any settings in Goldmine itself to recognize an incoming webform record as new? Apparently webform leads are not being recognized as "new" for some reason by my system. Is there an option to just "AttachTrack" rather than "OnNewAttchTrack".
