Q: I tried the trial version, created the PL.csv file and got an error when I attempted to update the PL file in the compiler. I am using EXCEL 2010 and QB Pro 2012. Any ideas?
A: Test first using the example PL.csv file and it should import (making sure it is in the same directory). Then try your PL.csv file (making sure it is in the same directory), if it does not import there maybe a format problem with the PL.csv file you created and it needs to be checked. If you continue to have difficulty send me a copy of your PL.csv file and I will have a look for you.

Q: I'm having issues with a site, my forms work OK 99.9% of the time but today I got a 'Form Delivery Error'. Since the forms haven't changed and were working earlier today I assume the problem is with the server. They are claiming it's a problem with the forms and have asked whether any processing occurs on another server.
A: All processing is on your server. There is no form handling on our servers at all. If nothing else has changed then it will be related to your server. If it is intermittent then it could be load related? If it is continuous then possibly a change in php mail handling settings.

Q: any tips on the printing?
A: Use the standard Excel print settings. Set the print area to the areas you want to print. In Excel 2007/2010 you do this by selecting the required print area and then go File, Print Area, Set Print Area.
