Q: I have downloaded a new program for this new year (2012/2013) and have set up the Accounts in Income & Expenses but when I push the Tax button no tax items, appear in the box, to be selected. Could you please advise me what I should be doing to get these to appear so I can select one category.

A: If you are referring to the drop down lists make sure you scroll to the top of the list. In some instances the list defaults to display the bottom options which are empty.

Q: Hello, im planing to buy your dynamic xml sitemap generator for one of my websites. But i need to know something. I need specific sitemaps for my TUBE website! video url, image url, title, keywords, video duration. Can your sitemap do that ? Thanks

A: You can set the file types included in the sitemap using the Include URLs with setting. As long as the url matches the character pattern and is linked from your site it will be included. However the sitemap dose not include non standard variables ie keywords etc.

A: Yes you can build as many budgets as you like using the New Budget function. Just build your first budget and then use that as the base for you next renaming each new budget file.
