Questions & Answers
Q: I have download the trial software using the .exe method, my version of excel will not allow me to open the macros or change the settings saying my security level is set to high. I am running excel 2003. Can you suggest how I might be able to use the macros, and how I could change settings to install and use?
A: To adjust macro security levels from Excel go Tools, Macro, Security, Security Level. It is recommended that you select Security Level as Medium. When you open software with macros and Security Level is set as Medium you are presented with a message advising that the software contains macros with a prompt to Disable or Enable Macros. Once you have made your adjustment close Excel and reopen, then when prompted click Enable Macros. Additional detail on macros is available at https://bizpep.com/qac.php?topic=Bizpep%20FAQ&page=3 .

Q: Hi there, I Think your product is truly awesome, the only problem I have is that you can not set limits for individual members of staff. Do you know if this cam be done? As this is a big problem for me, having members of the team on as little as 16 hours up to 40 hours per week.
A: Thanks for the feedback. Sorry Shift Scheduler does not allow different settings for each individual. It could be done but it would require substantial development work.

Q: I am looking to password protect a CD. But I am trying to have a set of 12 passwords, each only good for one month (Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.) Is that possible with this software?
A: Password Page Protection Software generates protection for server (web) based files it will not run on a cd. When it is added to server files you can simply change the password whenever you like ie monthly so that only the current password is valid.

Q: I am writing a genealogy tutorial entitled "Planting Your Family Tree on the World Wide Web", and would like to obtain permission to include the current trial version of your PPP software on our companion CD-ROM, together with any passwords required to activate the trial version. I would also appreciate it if you would put me on your media mailing list, so that I can keep the tutorial "fresh" with current information about your software. Thanks for your consideration.
A: You can include the standard evaluation version which can be accessed from https://bizpep.com/password/ as either a .zip or .exe file. No password is required to use this in evaluation mode. We also have an upcoming new release, Site Builder Software which provides simple web site creation due for release within the next 2 weeks that may be of interest. We no longer run a mailing list but all software releases are announced in our Question and Answer RSS feed https://bizpep.com/qarss.php and posted at https://bizpep.com/qac.php?topic=Software%20Release%20and%20Update%20Information ..
