Q: I have seen and worked a bit on your BEP template. It is good software to calculate BEP and profits however I can only calculate for one product only. You perfectly know companies produce and sells several products or even categories. Also what is more important producers, companies are more interested now in BEP calculations for an Accounts or Channels (to develop profitable Channel Management Strategy).
A: You may want to look at our Profit Contribution Breakdown software at https://bizpep.com/profitcontribution.html . This allows you to determine the surplus generated by different components of a business ie products, channels, business units etc. You can also run individual breakeven analysis by allocating a component of fixed costs to a product line or channel and doing a breakeven analysis (with the Pricing and Breakeven Analysis software) for each.

Q: Hi, looking at possible purchase-have a question. Is there a way to add an electronic signature to the formsbuilder 1 package? It will be used in a secure site.
A: If the signature is an encrypted hash then it can simply be included as a standard text field in the submitted form and decrypted on receipt to verify the signature. Keep in mind that a secure site is has little impact on a digital signature as it is simply an encoded string which is decode on receipt using a key to check it is correct. Also when form data is delivered it is sent by email (unless you submit directly to a database ie MYSQL) which uses a public network for delivery and as such is not secure.

Q: Before I order I am curious about the licensing agreement. The cost is $59.99 USD per person/domain. I operate multiple domains on my server and would like to integrate MySQL into each one of my forms. Does that mean I would be required to purchase a license for each form?/website? I am attempting to decide between a few different providers of similar software and I just need to know if I can use it for my multiple sites before I purchase.
A: Licensing is on a per domain/user basis. In your case as a single user with multipule domains you require a license for each domain on which you wish to run a form. Once a domain is licensed you can run as many forms as you like on the that domain and any of its sub domains. For example if you have 2 domains mydomain.com and myotherdomain.com and you want to run forms on each you would need 2 licenses. In this case the licencing fee is $41.30 per domain (ie 2 * 41.30 = 82.60) as there is a 30% discount when more than 1 license is purchased (a single licence is $59.00). Having registered domains ensures that processing can only occur for forms hosted on your domain preventing spam bots form using your processing code.

Q: I have established that your software will do the .csv attachment I require. However, I cannot seem to see how I can get my fields into a table?
A: The data from each form submission is a separate csv file. If you want to add multiple sets of form data to one csv or excel file open the form csv and copy/paste to the required table.
