Q: What form software would I buy, or use to create a page that allowed my customers to upload multiple photo or images? An upload button? Also, they need to pay, so is there a software program that would automatically total their bill according to the choices they've made on their order forms? Do you offer any software that would work for both solutions?

A: You could use the Form1 Builder Software https://bizpep.com/form1/ , this includes both file upload and matematical function capacity, however it does not allow multipule uploads (only 1 attachment per form) and you would need to capture the total to pass to your payment processor. Depending on the features required and complexity you may need to have a specialized script written to provide the required functionality.
