Questions & Answers
Q: The software seems limited to 5 levels of site depth and 5000 entries in the sitemap.xml submitted to Google. Are those hard limits? Any way to circumvent them?
A: If you build Dynamic SiteMap code you can set the Depth and Limit variables (and others) directly in the in the script, it is not limited to the options displayed in the form, any value can be applied. The variables can be directly edited in the code using a text editor or in the text area ie the variables are $depthNum= and $limitNum= . If you want to submit a static sitemap to google (instead of the dynamic one) simply run the dynamic code in your browser and when it returns the xml sitemap select view source and copy / paste / save the xml. For additional detail see the applicable variable sections of the Help file.

Q: Can we create Borders and columns "i.e. lines in the roster"
A: The Calculator is more than a spread sheet and incorporates a range of hidden formula and macro calculations, to protect these only input cells can be changed. With an unprotected version (Commercial License required) you could change the formatting (using standard excel controls) but because of the dynamic nature of the calculator this may be broken if/when the controls are used ie add staff etc. However if the structure was complete (ie no further need to add staff etc) and formatting was added it would be fine.

Q: Can we and how do we mark Public holidays
A: If you are referring to having a different Public Holiday rate for a specific staff member then set up the rate classification in the Wages Table and define it with the time of the public holiday (this would need to be adjust as required for the week). This way when the staff member works during this period the holiday rates will apply.
