Q: From what I have read your software will send an order notification email from an online order form - WITH the date as an attached .csv file. My client has requested this feature because they require the data in .csv to upload to File Maker but they do not want to have to keep downloading it from the server. Can you please confirm that this is possible with your software?

A: Yes the form data and the date/time can be delivered as a csv file (attachment to the email). See the data files section of the Help file.

Q: I use FP to design the forms, how easy is it to just add the required code to an existing FP html form to achieve this result?

A: If you create your forms using Front Page you can simply use Form1 Builder to generate the form processing code and either add this to the top of the form page using a text editor (see the Form Processing Code Only section of the Help file) or point your form to a separate processing code file (see the Form Action Method section of the Help file).

Q: I am looking for an application to help upload attachments, as I was going threw your information I noticed that you indicate that you can attach documents. After trying the free download I cannot get any information to submit nor send an attached file. before proceeding in purchasing your software can you knod point out how this can be accomplished?

A: Have your run the Test Code to check your server php? Have you run a quickform and did it work? Start with a basic form to make fault finding easier. Once you have a quick form running you can try an attachment form, in which case make sure you have set and followed all the points outlined in the File Attachment section of the Help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ . This includes checking that your server supports file_uploads and it is on in the server php configuration, and that your form uses a file input field of the input type="file" and the form start tag includes enctype="multipart/form-data" . If you have followed and checked all the requirements and still have difficulty let me know what is or is not happening in your form (ie is anything delivered do you get any messages etc), let me know the url of your form and send me your form file as an email attachment and I can provide further information.

Q: Is it possible with the password page protection software to create only one login page in which you can put different user id's and passwords and direct them to different locations?

A: Not with one login page. Password Page Protection only uses a password (not user/password) and if you wanted to set a different password for different users you would need to have each user access a different login page.

Q: I have download the trial software using the .exe method, my version of excel will not allow me to open the macros or change the settings saying my security level is set to high. I am running excel 2003. Can you suggest how I might be able to use the macros, and how I could change settings to install and use?

A: To adjust macro security levels from Excel go Tools, Macro, Security, Security Level. It is recommended that you select Security Level as Medium. When you open software with macros and Security Level is set as Medium you are presented with a message advising that the software contains macros with a prompt to Disable or Enable Macros.
