Q: I am checking out your goldmine web import software. I am a webmaster and have a client that would like to use this feature in goldmine - as I say, I manage her web site - I am also goldmine certified but she is my only client using it at present. Question is can I download the product on my computer to generate the code necessary to make the forms work? Since I have Dreamweaver to upload the pages on my computer? How will we otherwise coordinate the code necessary, etc.

A: When you purchase a license you are provided with Registration Details which allow you to input/provide the domain on which the form code will run (effectively registering that domain). This way you can run Form1 Builder GoldMine on your computer to generate registered code for your clients domain and then upload it.

Q: The template be customized to add additional product groups as well as handle multiple SKU's. I would like to perform SKU rationalization/optimization, and looking at the template, I believe it could handle it.

A: You can use it in its current form to handle any product/sku by breaking your business into product / department categories with separate costs (if you know these). To have more than the current number of product groups would require customization and specific development work but it could be done.

Q: Hi, we currently use your "WebImp2.asp" to process our form data and have found out our form is hijacked. We would like to purchase the form 1 builder goldmine to stop this. I currently pass a single parameter to an asp page which creates our current form and would like to pass this parameter to the PHP form created by your software and modify a field in the same way I do using asp. Would it be possible to pass a parameter to the PHP form created by your software to modify one of the fields?

A: Yes, you can simply use Form1 Builder GoldMine to build the Processing script and point the form action of an existing form to the processing script. This in effect is exactly how the WebImp2.asp script ran. So you can use your asp form including the modified field and then process this by a Form1 Builder GoldMine Processing script which is php based as long as your server supports php.

Q: Is it possible to run your xmlsitemap software as a php script directly from the server and automatically store the results into a file? I would like to add a script to the crontab to enable automatic creation of the sitemap on a regular basis.

A: If you run it in Dynamic mode you do not need to save the results as every time it is called it rebuilds a returns a current SiteMap. So basically provides automatic creation of the sitemap when ever it is called (ie it is always current).

Q: Does your model extend to a 5 or 10 year forecast, I am working in a business that needs to consider longer time frames.

A: The Excel based model does not. However we are currently developing similar Business Performance Analysis modules at http:// bizpep.com . These will have a fully adjustable Forecast time frame (ie as many years as you like). They should be partially running in a week or so, with full release (of at least some of the modules) in around a month.
