Q: I received a MySQL update error and I don't know where to begin to see why my database is not being updated, the form was emailed to me.

A: This error indicates that the data cannot be added the specified database table. Recheck MYSQL Server Name, MYSQL User Name, MYSQL User Password, MYSQL Database Name, MYSQL Table Name. These must match existing settings in the MYSQL database. Also recheck that the existing table (MYSQL Table Name) has field names that correspond to form field names and text variable types are used. Remember if your form field is First_Name it displays as First Name in your browser but the MYSQL field must be First_Name. It is also recommended that the form is run on the same server as your MYSQL database. Also make sure that any MYSQL table fields that are not skipped can accept the MYSQL Empty Value or NULL values. If you have access to the error log files for your server you may be able to identify the problem by checking the error log entries. If you still have difficulty try stripping your form and database down to a single field ie subject to eliminate/minimize potential data mismatches and determine if it is an access or data issue.

It applies basic input variables to build an investment analysis by year and provide key investment performance indicators for the analysis duration. These are simply return calculations on investments. As such minimal inputs are required. It does not provide import data functionality. Q: Hi I have 5 licenses, but it seems one of my sites says it the evaluation period has expired. All the other sites work perfectly well.

A: If the form indicates the evaluation has expired then the form code was not built using registered software (at the time it was built). If you open the form file using a text editor (ie notepad) at the top of the file the registration status is stated ie evaluation or registered. You need to rebuild (at least the processing code component) using correctly registered software. You can see the registration status of the Form1 software by clicking Registration from the top menu of the Form1 Builder, you may need to re input your registration details if cookies have been cleared.
