Q: I am trying to evaluate the Billing Model Excel document. Before even evaluating the software by default the excel document says that I've already gone 2056 days into my 7 day evaluation. Can you help? Thank you.

Q: If we purchase the software will we be able to unprotect the workbook and sheet to see the formulas used to create this excel spreadsheet?

A: In a Non-Commercial license all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. We do offer Commercial licenses for the use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting and upon request with a Commercial license can provide an unprotected software version allowing you to to view the formula applied, access cell contents to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected) and undertake minor refinements (ie headings etc). In this format application sheets are unprotected, the workbook itself and the Terms and Conditions and Instructions sheets remain protected to maintain licencing and intellectual property rights notification.

Q: Hi. In my valuation model, the cell that allows me to enter the interest rate against money borrowed is locked and requires a password for me to enter the information. How do I unlock this cell?

A: As stated in the model mouse over this is calculated from the Financed Amount and the Annual Interest Cost, you do not enter an interest rate, only the amount and interest, the rate is calculated.

Q: I installed dynamic sitemap builder on my site but when i add a new file to my site and than refresh the sitemap.php the new site is not added at the sitemap. What do i do wrong?

A: Do you have a link from the a currently crawled page to the new page? Site Builder crawls your site structure using the href links in your pages (starting at the Start URL). So for a page to be listed it must be part of the site structure and have a link from one of the crawled pages or be set as a Start URL.

Q: We have multiple functions and irregular shifts, but that said each week is the same as the last. Hope you can help with explaining if it is possible to fit all this into 1 roster, and will that mean a different shift for each timeslot/function and if so what about the different weekdays are also other shifts.

A: If you have different functions that can only be done by some staff you will need to setup a different roster for each function/staff combination (because the Scheduler is not designed to handle staff variances ie as far as it is concerned all staff are equal). If it is just different functions that can be done by any staff then simply allocate a shift for each ie you may need to have 2 shifts that are the same times but 1 is for function 1 and the other is for function 2. These will also be repeated if required on following days if required.
