Q: I downloaded a demo copy of your shift scheduler & have a few questions on how my situation will fit into your model. Your routine seems to allocate hours randomly. I have a staff of 18 24x7. Some full time, some part time, some with fixed schedules per their hire agreement. Our company policy actually dictates a mix of 40/60 FT/PT although that is seldom achievable. How can I fix or does it consider rotating weekends off or 2 days off during the week after 5 days work on a rotating shift? Which of these constraints can I input into your model & let excel figure out the rest?
A: The shift allocation is random so it does not consider different staff with different constraints or the allocation x days off ofter working y days. To address the Full time part time requirement you could run 2 separate rosters, 1 for full time and 1 for part time work with roster hours set accordingly. You can set a manual Yes or No work requirement by inputting a "Y" or "N" to mark a matrix cell before you Build Roster to allocate set days off but this would be required for all staff to ensure 2 days off. This cannot be incorporated automatically.

Q: Will the Site Builder software work with Mac OS X?
A: The Site Builder Software runs in your browser on any operating system including Mac. The generated Site Code (ie the site itself) runs on your web server and your web server must support the php scripting language. You can give it a test run either online at https://bizpep.com/note/ or download and run it on your computer from https://bizpep.com/note/

Q: I keep getting errors when I try to generate over 100 URL's in our site. I have varied the time from 1.0 to 0.1 sec and I get server timeout. Does this sound like a PHP setting on our end that is the culprit?
A: It could be (althoug 100 urls should never be a problem for any server) or alternativly there is an invalid page link that does not respond to the crawl. Try decreasing the depth to see a valid sitemap and then increase from there. If an error indicates the possible page try finding and removing the incorrect href link (best) or excluding it with Exclude URLs with.
