Q: How do you change line items so that they correspond when compiling? Attached is an example of a month that has been updated with my specific company line items. Hopefully, there's an easy way to do this.

A: The line items in your MYOB are exported to the PL file. Once you have exported your PL data you import it into the compiler by clicking the Update PL button in the compiler software. This loads the compiler with the line items that were exported from MYOB. Mouseover the red marker cells in the Comiler for full instructions. If you still have difficulty let me know exactly what you are doing and the result and I will be able to assist further.

A: Yes, if you are the only user then a single user license if fine for both your laptop and desktop installations.

Q: Does the site builder software support other languages like Farsi?

A: It may ... it is dependent upon your servers language support. Running on our server it does not ( https://bizpep.com/note/ ) . However if your server has the correct language support it may. You can give it a test by using site builder (in evaluation mode) to set up a site on your server.

Q: I've downloaded Production Mix Model but can't open it. I received the error message: "Hidden Module Compilation Error: ThisWorkbook". I'm using Excel 2003 SP3. Is there any free evaluation for this version?

A: There are only versions for Excel 2000 and Excel 2002. The operation of the Solver Add-in is different for different Excel versions. In the download package there is a Production Mix Model for Excel 2000 and one for Excel 2002. A compilation error message is generated on opening this model if the Solver Add-in cannot be located. This can be due to not using the correct Production Mix Model version or Solver not being installed on your computer.

Q: I am using your free 7 days Business Valuation Model. and I can't change the forecast year to 5 years. How do I do that?

A: The Business Valuation Model Excel forecast years are set at 3 and cannot be changed. We do have a web based Business Valuation Analysis Module at https://bizpep.com/ that allows upto a 10 year Forecast. You can access it from https://bizpep.com/ and set the number of Forecast years to suit.
