Questions & Answers
Q: I am interested in your sitemap software, but I need to clear one thing up before I buy. I am trying to create a dynamic sitemap. I have downloaded the demo and am running it on my server. I have it set to a depth of 2 (which can reach all my pages) and the limit set to 1000. As I have 618 pages in my site, I would think this would generate a dynamic sitemap with approx 618 links, but it does not. It generates a dynamic sitemap of roughly only 140 links. Why is that? can you help? I know all 618 pages of my site can be reached from the homepage b/c I have run other tests including doing a static sitemap using your software with the same depth and limit parameters and it did find all 618 pages. Your help is greatly appreciated, I look forward to hearing from you.
A: The Dynamic and Static modes crawl a site in the same manner and when the settings are the same should return the same result. The only variable would be the settings used in each and these should be checked. When I run a Static sitemap using the standard variables it returns 121 links. So maybe (because you have returned 618 with a static sitemap) there are different settings required?

Q: I am trying to find a manual for site builder v2.62b. Is this one of your products?
A: The only Site Builder software we have is outlined at https://bizpep.com/note/ and there is no version v2.62b, so I do not think it is our software your are referring to. You should be able to identify the developer or vendor from your software.

Q: I renamed the file to .php extension and it worked. Only now I get a "Form Delivery Error" and email is not delivered. I checked the email address and it is correct. Can you try this and see if you can tell what's wrong:
A: Run the Test Code https://bizpep.com/phptest.html as outlined previously to ensure your server supports the php mail function ... "Form Delivery Error" usually indicates it does not. If that is the case you will need to use the hosted solution at http:// bizpep.com .

Q: I have done as you suggested. However a get a bunch of errors. Does that mean my ISP/host does not support PHP? If so, what would you recommend (short of changing ISPs)?
A: Your file has a .asp extension as outlined in the Help file you should .."Save it as a file with a .php extension ... Some servers require files to have the extension .php before they will execute php code." So try setting your processing code file with a .php extension. We do provide Text Code to test the php status on your server see https://bizpep.com/phptest.html . If your server does not support php you can use the hosted bizpep solution https://bizpep.com/host.php from your current host.

Q: I wanted to try the Form1 program before I buy. I have two forms to >> work with and both of them were working fine until the provider >> decided to separate the forms processing from hosting business. Now >> the forms will not email the data to me.
A: If you just need the processing code you can use the Form Processing Code Only https://bizpep.com/form1/ which you can generate by simply clicking Required from the software and inputting a Delivery Email Address and then using the Quick Form from the top menu. Upload the Form Processing Code Only to your server and then adjust your form action to point to the file. Alternatively (if your server does not support php) you could try a hosted solution like https://bizpep.com/host.php
