Questions & Answers
Q: I would like to try Site Builder Software. I have downloaded the trial version and uploaded as per your instruction but it gives Internal Server Error. Please advise me what to do?
A: Try running the Test Code https://bizpep.com/phptest.html to check your php, run it in your sub domain and then in the root domain. If all is ok (ie test code returns ok) try running the software in your root directory not a sub directory. You can name the index file a different name ie index1.php so you do not affect any other files on your domain. From there you will need to contact your server host regarding the server configuration, advise them you are running a php file and the error received.

Q: Just signed up and I need to unlock protection to add lines and don't know the unlock name or code.
A: Lines are added to the Input Base Data sheet using the Command buttons, you do not need to unlock anything, manually adding lines to the Input Base Data sheet will corrupt the software. Follow the basic steps as outlined in the Instructions sheet. Once you have Copied to New Sheet you can refine as required.

Q: I attempted to purchase the above for $35.00 as listed, however, when I went through Paypal it came up $69.00. Please advise your earliest.
A: This is a very old software version and price (no longer available). The current software can be downloaded and registered from https://bizpep.com/pricebreakevenanalysis.html . The PayPal payment of $69 gives you a current version license. If possible can you let me know where you found the old version (site/url) so I can attempt to have it updated.

Q: I am just now seeing that you have an online version also. Can you print out the reports when you subscribe to that one?
A: Yes, at the top of each module is a Print control. You can give it a test print if you want, you do not need to subscribe to print. Depending on your browser you can also use your standard browser Print control, for most browsers go File, Print Preview. As it is web based the formatting is not as extensive as Excel or Word.
