Q: I have your app running. For some reason I am getting error 500 when I try and do a link limit of anything over 400 links. It does this whether I am doing a dynamic or a static sitemap. Can you please give me some assistance in diagnosing why its doing this? If I do 400 links, the script completes in 2 seconds. If I do 500 links it takes around 10 minutes then gives me an error 500. I would say its timing out but that cant be right if 400 links only takes 2 seconds.

A: 500 is an Internal server error so it could be the SiteMap is crawling to a url that the server does not return correctly? So it would be worth checking your links. It is also possible that there is a timeout even though 400 links only takes 2 seconds. If the Sitemap encounters a link to itself (in dynamic sitemap mode) when it attempts to go to 500 links it could be looping. Or if going from 400 to 500 links there is a very large number (1000's..) of nested links within 1 of the crawled pages a time out could occur.

Q: Wonderful software! Thanks! Question: where in the php code can I adjust the email of the form SENDER?

A: The Defined Email Address Form Field sets the email of the form sender. By default this is set to $defemail = "Email_Address"; and in the form the input to the field with the name Email_Address is set as the from email address. See the Help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ for details.

Q: Is there a way to purchase SiteBuilder 3.2 software?  I am asking because my website was created with that, but my provider no longer offers that software for use and I have no way to edit my website.

A: I do not think bizpep SiteBuilder is the software you originally used. We have never had a version 3.2.

Q: Hi - I have tried the demo for this and it looks like what I need. However I cannot get quickbooks to export in a .cvs file extension. I am using simple start 2008 version. Is there an easier way of doing this

A: To import the data into excel it needs to be a .csv export from Quickbooks in the format as per the example file. See the Qucikbooks Help for details on how to do this with your Quickbooks version.
