Q: I am having issues with utilizing your software against Magento... I know that this is not an issue with your software, but I just do not know a way around this. Magento is a PHP based ecommerce system that is great in many areas, but it does not use file extensions within the URL. What is the recommended course of action to get around this issue as your software requires extensions in order to start the indexing process.

A: You do not need to use extensions you can use any character you like as an Include URLs with marker (the extension examples are there because they are the most common). So you can use / if it appears in all the urls you want to map. By using a combination of Include URLs with and Exclude URLs with you should be able to set to suit your requirements.

Q: Added hii to a form but when I enter an incorrect hii answer the window goes blank with no prompt

A: It is designed this way. If the wrong answer is given then it is probably a script filling in the form ie not a human therefore we give them nothing. The Hii question should be very simple, a human should never get it wrong. If they do they can always use the back button.

Q: Question for you. I recently purchased goldmine form1. I have some forms in my online store that are already php files that are generated through the calling of template files in my store. Any advice on how and where to add the goldmine script for these?

A: You can use the Form Action Method and save/upload processing code as a separate file and set the form action of your forms to point to it on your server. This is probably the best approach. Q: My credentials are not working again - whenever I needed to use this software I am always having to put the registration information in, is there a way I don't have to keep on doing this

A: Registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build a registered form. To maintain the registration details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared or blocked.
