Questions & Answers
Q: I am interested in your Sitemap XML software but I have a question... Does it allow me to exclude directories? In the future it would be great if it also would just read robots.txt and submit to the engines when it auto updates.
A: You can use the Exclude URLs with value to exclude directories, just add the directory characters to the Exclude URLs with value. On the submit to engines if you use a Dynamic SiteMap there is no real need to submit to search engines as whenever the sitemap is called it is rebuilt so it is always current.

Q: Hi. I have a client using Yahoo! and Yahoo! will not allow us to change the "from" in our email responses from an online form. We would like the submitted email to contain the email address or the name of the sender - in the "from" line or "subject" line. Can you help us with that?
A: Form1 ( https://bizpep.com/form1/ ) sets the form submitter as the email sender. You can see a test form at https://bizpep.com/Form1Try.php . You can also give it a test on your server to see how it works and check suitability. Simply build a Quick Form to test, see https://bizpep.com/form1/ .

Q: I cannot find how to bring up a new year on my Bas Business accounts software.
A: The year is set by inputting the Start Date on the Income sheet, see the help file https://bizpep.com/basbusinessaccounts.html You can either start a new year with a clean package (you can re download if required from https://bizpep.com/basbusinessaccounts.html ) or save your previous year accounts with a new name ie Save As bas2012 and then delete the input values not required .

Q: I am making a multipage form. I need to use a response (from a checkbox) from one page to make calculations on a following page. Is there a way to carry over the response from one page to another? In other words, if someone clicks the checkbox on one page, can it automatically be checked when that same box shows up on another page?
A: No, you would need to add additional script to extract the variable value from the session variables and use that to set the checkbox on the next page.

Q: I purchased your Form1 for GoldMine a few years ago. Now, I have a flash site. I still want to import contact info into GoldMine, but I would like to do it within Flash and not within an HTML page. Is there a way to do this? Can I gather the information in flash and send it to your php file? Can I just format it in Flash and send it to GoldMine directly? Do you have a solution for this?
A: I do not know much about flash but if you can post the form variables to the Default GoldMine Processing Code it should work. See https://bizpep.com/form1/ for details.
