Q: I cannot find how to bring up a new year on my Bas Business accounts software.
A: The year is set by inputting the Start Date on the Income sheet, see the help file https://bizpep.com/basbusinessaccounts.html You can either start a new year with a clean package (you can re download if required from https://bizpep.com/basbusinessaccounts.html ) or save your previous year accounts with a new name ie Save As bas2012 and then delete the input values not required .

Q: I am making a multipage form. I need to use a response (from a checkbox) from one page to make calculations on a following page. Is there a way to carry over the response from one page to another? In other words, if someone clicks the checkbox on one page, can it automatically be checked when that same box shows up on another page?
A: No, you would need to add additional script to extract the variable value from the session variables and use that to set the checkbox on the next page.

Q: I purchased your Form1 for GoldMine a few years ago. Now, I have a flash site. I still want to import contact info into GoldMine, but I would like to do it within Flash and not within an HTML page. Is there a way to do this? Can I gather the information in flash and send it to your php file? Can I just format it in Flash and send it to GoldMine directly? Do you have a solution for this?
A: I do not know much about flash but if you can post the form variables to the Default GoldMine Processing Code it should work. See https://bizpep.com/form1/ for details.

Q: Your information print out indicates that the Tax Sheet has preset GST tax items - none of my drop down boxes have information in them and, even though I have Tax blue Tax items and % nothing appears in the other files.
A: If you have the BAS Business Accounts Software when you goto the Tax sheet you will see pre set Tax items. When you goto the Accounts sheet and click a blue cell in the Tax Item column a drop down appears and if you scroll (you may need to scroll up) the pre set tax items will be listed, select the required tax item for the account and the applicable tax will be set. If you continue to have difficulty send me a copy of your file as an email attachment, let me know exactly what the issue is and I will have a look for you.
