Q: You say a license is for a single user. Do you really mean a single web site? If I register a copy in my name can I use it on multiple web sites?
A: Yes you can have a single user license and use it on as many web sites as you like as long as you are the only software user ie the only one making the site maps. If you use the software and you want someone else to also use it to build site maps then you need 2 licenses.

Q: I think that I have most of it figured out, however, my form looks different in Firefox than in IE.
A: This is due to your form layout code. If code is not valid (ie to the W3 standard) it can display differently in IE and FireFox. It looks like you have used code from http:// www.phpform.org. it also includes a number of invalid links (pointing to your local computer not the Internet ..starts with file: ) and some automatically inserted Google Toolbar values. If it is cleaned up it to be valid code it should appear correctly in both browsers.

Q: How do i change the e-mail address in an existing form?
A: In the Form1 Builder processing code (usually at the top of the form page coding), you need to change the Form Delivery Email Address. In the processing script this appears as $delemail = "myemail@mydomain.com"; . Open the form page in a text editor and change the value between the " " to the required email address and upload to your server. See the Help file for details https://bizpep.com/form1/ .

Q: When I try to create a sitemap, I still get a message saying that I have a seven day trial period and that my code won't work after that.
A: SiteMap XML Software registration details are saved as cookies on your system. As long as cookies are enabled and not blocked/cleared the registration details remain. When you use registered SiteMap XML Software to generate Dynamic SiteMap Code the registration is embedded in the generated code. If the Software reverts to evaluation mode then cookies were cleared and you need to re-enter software registration details. If Dynamic SiteMap Code is in evaluation mode then it was not build with registered software and you need to re-enter software registration details and rebuild the Dynamic code. You can see the current registration status of the software using the Registration link in the top menu. Make sure there is valid registration before you build code. To check an existing dynamic sitemap registration open your sitemap file in a text editor and the registration status when the sitemap code was built is displayed at the top.
