Questions & Answers
Q: We own a magazine and use goldmine 6.7 Corporate edition (sql)... we understand how your Form Builder works in creating new records, but we need a means of allowing existing subscribers to go online enter their email address and password and update their contact and other information in our GM database. Can this be done with our Form Builder program? Thanks for your help.
A: You could use the password access feature to make a password protected form. Once the password is provided the the update information form would be displayed and when submitted the information imported into GoldMine using Web Import. However to use an email and password access you would need an online database (MYSQL is common) and a log on access script, this is not a component of the Form1 script..

Q: Hi, How can i download the xml file, i just can see them with browser, can you give me an example, thanks a lot if you can do it.
A: When you run StieMap XML in form mode the contents of the XML file are displayed in the Generated SiteMap XML text area. You can select and copy the xml code to a text editor ie NotePad, and save it as sitemap.xml. You can also edit it directly in the text area or in the text editor. This is the SiteMap XML file that is read by Google.

Q: I would like to find our buy php sitemap xml software that will work with an unlimited number of pages. Our site has more that 5,000 pages. Please advise.
A: The design of our SiteMap XML is not suited to unlimited pages. Have a look at the Google third party software list ( http://code.google.com/sm_thirdparty.html ). There maybe something suitable or you could always use Google SitMap Generator although it is not php based and possibly not as easy to use.

Q: Can you tell me where in the program I can set the subject line for autoresponse and form results. Presently the default seems to be "Form Submission".
A: The subject can be set using a form field (input or hidden) when you set a Defined Subject Form Field. See the Help section Defined Subject Form Field ( https://bizpep.com/form1/ ). If this is not set up the default subject is applied.

Q: Can I set a different Subject Line for autoresponse and email form results and how?
A: No, the autoresponse subject will be the same as the form submission subject. This is so the autoresponse can be identified as generated from the form submission. It also increases the reliability of autoresponse delivery.
