Q: I downloaded the 7-day demo version of SiteMap XML. I just tested out the dynamic site map generator of SiteMap XML under Sitemaps in Google Webmaster Central (GWC). GWC is coming back with a result of Web Pages: 945 submitted. However, wehave more than 3,000 web pages, so that's not right. Also GWC is warning that there are pages included in robots.txt in the site map. I definitely do not want those spidered, so how do I make sure they are not? Does inclusion in the Site Map mean they are automatically included? The principle reason I am interested in this software is I want Google to be able to find keywords in XML data on dynamic pages using Adobe Spry. Right now, with the test sitemap I just uploaded, it does not. I'd need to be assured these problems could be resolved before purchasing this software.
A: Possibly because you have not set the correct Include URLs with characters to suit your site or page are not linked with a href tag? The urls included in the site map are determined by the links and settings used, only linked urls that match the Include URLs with pattern will be included. In Dynamic mode the number of pages extracted is also impacted by the depth and limit values set. Sitemap XML does not use the robots.txt file so if you want to exclude certain urls use the Exclude URL's with pattern to exclude them. The dynamic map is the same as the static in the way it runs so as recommended in the help file run your settings in static mode to test. This returns info on the numbe of links time etc. If the static works, the dynamic with the same settings will work also. The Help file https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/ provides details. If you continue to have difficulty let me know your urls and the settings (send me a copy of your dynamic file as an email attachement) you are using and what is missing and I will have a look for you.

Q: When i set up a new BAS for the year with the new date only the first quarter is correct the other quarters don't change the year?
A: The Start date is set on the Income sheet (Cell B5) this is passed to all other sheets. See the help file https://bizpep.com/basbusinessaccounts.html details. All input is via unprotected blue input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. If you overwrite formula the software functionality will be impacted.

Q: I have downloaded the above software and wanted to run the same. When I press SOLVE NOW it shows that compile error in hidden module sheet13?
A: The Production Mix Model uses the Solver Add-in macros included with Microsoft Excel. The operation of the Solver Add-in is different for different Excel versions. In the download package there is a Production Mix Model for Excel 2000 and one for Excel 2002. Use the one that matches your version of Excel. Production Mix Model is not designed to run on Excel 97. Make sure you use the version that matches your Excel. A compilation error message is generated on opening this model if the Solver Add-in cannot be located. This can be due to not using the correct Production Mix Model version or Solver not being installed on your computer. To check Solver from Excel go tools, if Solver is not included in the drop down menu, select Add-ins and check Solver Add-in. Close Excel and then reopen the Production Mix Model. For more detail follow the Excel help instructions to install and load the Solver Add-in.

Q: Have gone thru the Business Valuation Model for the Manufacturing Sector. Do you have a similar model for the Services Industry specifically for the Training Industry for a start up company ?
A: The methodology applied in the Business Valuation Model Excel https://bizpep.com/businessvaluation.html can be applied to both services and manufacturing businesses. Simply input the basic fixed and variable costs for the specific business. In manufacturing components and labor will form some of the variable costs while in services variable costs will be predominately labor (trainers) and and delivery costs ie rooms/materials etc.
