Q: In the Auto Response emails, how do I change the From Email Name to my company name?
A: The From parameter for the auto response is set as the value of the Form Delivery Email Address so it appears in the form from@mycompany.com. As a component of the email / form verification the Form Delivery Email Address is checked for email validity and can not have a name assigned to it so the actual company name cannot be used.
