Q: My download has no tab for BAS as does the old eval copy I have. Is there a fault here or have I forgotten to do something?
A: Did you download BAS Business Accounts Software Excel from: https://bizpep.com/basbusinessaccounts.html We do have a version with out BAS which is called Business Accounts Software Excel (ie no BAS). If you already have an evaluation copy you can simply use your registration details to register the evaluation version by clicking the Welcome tab and inputting details into the blue cells.

Q: Thank you for this great software! I have a question though: How do I get my password? On many occasions I get this screen requesting a password from me.
A: Thanks for the feedback. The protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted. Input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. If you click on them a password protection message may be displayed. Only click on change the input cells and the software will be fully functional.

A: I say it is simply an excel file and there is nothing in the software that should prevent printing. Have you tried printing a different Excel file? If you continue to have difficulty send me a copy of your file as an email attachment and I will check from this end.
