Q: Are you able to password protect a single web page and leave the remainder of the site public using the Password Page Protection Software with iWeb on Mac OS X? If so, this is just what I am looking for! Please advise.

A: Yes. Only pages that have the protection code added are protected. The software runs directly in your browser and will run on a mac with a current browser. Q: Am I able to change the DOMAIN on which I use this software - not add a domain, but close one off and employ another?

A: No. To use the software with a different domain you require an additional license, domain registration is not transferable. You can Upgrade to Register Additional Users/Domains from the registration section of the software.

Q: I've had a go at rostering but have a question. I can see at the top of the page I can set limits for the number of staff hours per roster but can I set different maximum limits for different staff members ie Sally works a maximum of fours per roster, Jill works a maximum of 6 hours per roster?

A: The settings apply to all staff, there is no individual staff limit setting capacity. One possibility around this is to define different rosters for groups of staff with different requirements, however this is not always suitable.

Q: I presume we can copy and insert lines, or deleted lines in the compiler to keep it in sync with the COA?

A: You can but you need to make sure accounts match and this is best done by creating them in Quickbooks and then exporting them ... if imported accounts do not match QuickBooks current accounts then Quickbooks will create bank accounts of the imported items. See the Quickbooks note ... "Caution: Make sure all accounts in your IIF file are created in QuickBooks prior to importing. If you import a transaction with an account that is not already created in the QuickBooks data file, that account will be created as a new bank account." at http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/Pages/KnowledgeBa .. FYI you can manually edit the the Imp.iff file using a text editor.
