Q: Can you tell me if I can add fields in a form a display in real time - I guess using a js - inside an xhtml doc. Where does the java script go - in the xml?
A: Yes, using javascript you can simply add remove elements in real time ie add a form field (or remove it, hide it...etc). As javascript runs in the users browser they must have javascript enabled. The best approach is to do this using DOM elements, for some basic info see http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/dom_obj_all.asp . You can see this method in use at http://www.stockpriceanalysis.com/stockpriceanalysis.html input a Stock Code ie Goog and click Add and a new row of form fields is added. To do this for your forms you would need to develop specific javascript it can be included in the head or body or in a separate js file, it depends on what it is doing and how.

Q: I like your form maker and the ability to put mysql statements. Two things, one is you dont have a date field. I am new to php so having a date field is important. The other thing is I used an existing form and then added your mysql and I cannot pull up the php form in a browser. I was able to before you mysql code.
A: The processed time as set in the form can be included as a date field by having a MYSQL table DATETIME field with the name Processed. This allows the form processed time to be added to the table. This is outlined in the Help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ If the form is on a server with php the code will run and the form will display correctly in your browser. As the code is php it can only run on when the file is on a server that supports php. So if you are trying to run the file on you pc not on a server with php it will not run correctly.

Q: I am evaluating this software for creation of some shifts and it appears to be what I need however I have one issue. I want 2 people on a shift for 8 hrs over a continuous 7x24 rota and have 8 people in the shift pattern. The software seems to want to allocated 2 shifts to an individual on some days meaning the the individual ends up works 16 hrs. I have minimum requirement of 11 hrs between shifts for individuals. Are you able to tell me how to set up the sheet correctly to ensure that this does not happen?
A: If you set Max Cont Hrs to 8 and Min Break Hrs to 16 you will limited shift selection to one 8 hour shift in a 24 hour period.
