Q: Just purchased BAS Software but do my statements monthly not quarterly. Do you have software for this.
A: Standard format is for quarterly BAS as monthly reporting is only required for turnover of $20 million or more. Monthly inputs are combined to provide quarterly statements. Depending on the types of entries you have you can see monthly amounts at the top of the columns but it does not calculate Export items for Income or Capital items for Expenses. It is possible to added formulas for each of these specific items. If this would suit let me know and I will see what I can provide.

Q: I dont have any preset tax codes?
A: If you are using the BAS Business Accounts file basic GST Tax codes are included on the Tax sheet. Click the Tax sheet to view. You can add additional codes and amounts if required by simply adding details in the blue cells. When you add Accounts (on the accounts sheet) the Tax Item drop down displays the Tax codes applicable, you may need to scroll up to the top of the dropdown to see the codes.
