Q: Hi. I was trying to use the evaluation software but it was not working so I bought the paid version. I am getting the same error. You can see the word FAIL. When I check the 2 email accounts the email I sent never arrives. I have MailMailer.php on my server root, and my server supports php. I have the MailList.txt and Body.txt on the same root as MailMailer.php and the server supports PHP.

A: It sounds like your sever php mail function is not functional. Have you run the Test code at https://bizpep.com/phptest.html and received an email? This tests php and the mail function. If you do not receive an email the php mail function is not fully running or has been restricted by you server host and you will need to contact them to determine the cause of the problem. If the Test code runs and you receive an email let me know the url of your mailmailer and I will have a look for you.
