Q: I purchased your software before you brought in the new yearly fee so does mine still work or do i have to upgrade to the yearly one?
A: Your original version will continue to function as always and your registration details remain valid for the original but not the new version.You do not need to upgrade.
Q: Entering into income page under accounts, entering the income account name as I have done on the previous two pages (i.e. July, August) only to be told "this value doesn't match the data validation restrictions defined for this cell"
A: The Account value should be selected from the drop down list. Click the cell and down arrow to find the correct account. Thisensures it is exactly as set in the accounts sheet and can be calculated correctly. If you need it to be a different acccount set up the account in the accounts sheet. If I can assist further please let me know.
Q: I have registered the software and worked fine. But when I create a dynamic map and paste the code , I get a message that the software is not registered when I call the sitemap
A: It sounds like your builder registration was not active when you built the dynamic code. Check that the builder is registered (click Registration on the builder menu to see) and then rebuild, save and upload your dynamic code. Builder registration is saved as a cookie so if cookies are cleared or blocked builder registration will need to be re-entered. When you build dynamic code with a registered builder the registration is set in the dynamic code. If you continue to have difficulty send me a screen shot of your builder registration and a copy of your dynamic code as an email attachment and I will have a look for you.
Q: I've been testing out your Dynamic XML Site Map tool, but file isn't listing any of my URL's. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
A: You need to adjust your Include URLs with settings to match you site structure. Add a backslash "/" to the Include URL's with setting so it matches your urls which have no file extension.... see https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/
Q: My company uses your scheduling software. We are having a slight issue. The software works perfectly on the profile of a previous employee but when we tried to move it to my profile, it doesn't work properly. The issue is building a new roster. I can do everything else but build a new roster. Could you help us with this issue?
A: I am not quite sure what you mean by new profile? However the most likely reason is your Excel version/set up and how it runs (or does not run) macros. Without macros enabled the software will not function. Information on enabling macros can be found at https://bizpep.com/shiftscheduler.html . For additional detail please refer to your Excel help.
