Q: I am using Form1 for GoldMine successfully except for one issue. When the form is emailed back to me from my web site, all of the persons information is inputed into my database correctly, but the email containing all their contact information is not linked to their GoldMine record. Each time I get a new contact email, I have to manually search for their record. Is there any way to make it so that the email from my web form is linked or attached to the new record that was created for them?

A: If you have an email field in your form that has the same name as the email field in GoldMine the email will be imported into the contact along with all the other details. The standard GoldMine email field is usually named "email" in which case you would use a form field named "email" as the user email input field?
