Q: If I am right then this software will generate 2 things... one HTML form where user will submit the form and second a Script (Server side script) which will send email to Goldmine software...right?

A: Yes, or you can use an existing form and simply point its form action to the generated GoldMine script. Refer to the Help file for details.
