Q: How do your get the sender name to appear when the email is received, (says unknown sender)?

A: You need to set the Defined Email Address Form Field as outlined in the Help file. This must be the same as the name of the email field in the form, if not the processing code does not know what field contains the email address. This also applies for the other Defined Fields as outlined in the Help file.
