Q: Have you been able to solve the problem with my form not working?

A: I sent you this reply (see below) yesterday and the day before.

Your page html includes some invalid and extra code which may have been introduced via a view source copy and paste?

Open it in a text editor and try removing the

<input type="hidden" name="PHPSESSID" value="f1034fb11ebe66901cedfef824e7c252" />

and also all the Google Toolbar stuff is probably not required.

Also as outlined in the Help file field names should not include spaces (use a _ instead). ie name="GP Name" should be name="GP_Name".

Invalid html code will break some browsers ie it will not run correctly (like the submit problem you have seen) . Always use valid html to maximise the reliability of your pages. For more information refer to the Trouble Shooting section of the Help file.

If you run a QuickForm first you can to test the server etc and if you have problems with another form after that it will most likely be a html coding problem.
