Q: I have recently downloaded the software on to a new PC and it will not now accept my registration details?

A: Registration details are only valid with the software version for which they were purchased. If you purchased your license before February 2004 you will need to download the previous Business Valuation Model Excel software version and use your registration details with this. You can download from https://bizpep.com/superseded.html .
