Q: I am trying the trial formbuilder software and am having problems getting the simple quickform to work. I have successfully uploaded the file but keep getting the below message after clicking "submit". "Form Delivery Error Your form has not been delivered. Please use the Return to Form Button above to return to the form and resubmit." Any help would be much appreciated as I am working on a few sites at the moment and I am keen to use your software.

A: If you are running on a windows server you may need to set the SMPT Server settings. For details see the Server Settings section (2 II x) of the Help file. This is also outlined in the Trouble Shooting section (5) of the Help file. If you still have difficulty send me a copy of your form as an email attachment and I can investigate further.
