Q: I couldn't find out how to put other exchanges onto the exchange list and so have uninstalled the program as available options are not relevant for me. Is there a way to include other markets?

A: You can modify the data validation on an Exchange cell to accept any google exchange symbol as an exchange. After adding your row select the Exchange cell in the row and then click Data, Data Validation and in the Criteria cell add the required google exchange code, and then Save. This will allow the added exchange to be selected. You can copy the modified Exchange cell to other rows to use the same criteria.
