Q: My company uses your scheduling software. We are having a slight issue. The software works perfectly on the profile of a previous employee but when we tried to move it to my profile, it doesn't work properly. The issue is building a new roster. I can do everything else but build a new roster. Could you help us with this issue?
A: I am not quite sure what you mean by new profile? However the most likely reason is your Excel version/set up and how it runs (or does not run) macros.
