Q: How can I see the complete roster next to each other...currently there is only 4 periods....

A: When you Add shifts they are displayed in the next colums. The full roster shifts are displayed. The initial number of shifts is 5. Click Add Shift to add additional shifts. Format Print formats a printable version of the roster. See the Help file https://bizpep.com/shiftscheduler.html for details.
